What should we put down around the beds now that is easy to walk on, won’t blow away and won’t be too permanent in case we decide to garden the whole area?

My greatest catch loves to mow the lawn… I may have done it almost once lol, but do you see that new massive garden…that’s all my work. We are a team…but she’s much more eager! LOL!

What is the best procedure for identifying which valves services which part of your lawn. Just brought and moved in but previous owners left no instructions. Not sure on procedures for using the bleed screws. Thanx in advance.

I live in a small townhouse with only a few pot plants (all edibles except one) and a small lawn (that i don’t want to mow too much, so i never water it) but I want to recycle my washing machine’s grey water? Any ideas what i can do with it?

The subject is mushroom. No, I don’t want to know how to smoke them or eat them. I just want to get rid of them. I know that mushrooms comes from having a fungus in my soil. But it’s no fun, continuously raking them out and mowing over. They keep coming back. And since the summer heat is approaching, I really want to try and control this fungus before it really gets out of hand.

So, are there any tips of keeping the soil conditioned? And can I get rid of mushrooms without damaging my lawn?

I am thinking first of all about broadcasting “old fashioned” type plant seeds and letting the grass grow, should I then just mow the lawn once a year. Then perhaps encouraging a hedgehog. I would appreciate a little get started information, thank you.
